As Michael Phelps prepares to foe a good white shark in a 100-meter foe as partial of the Discovery Channel’s annual “Shark Week” coverage, Ryan Lochte doesn’t like a former Olympic star’s chances of winning.
Per TMZ Sports, Lochte pronounced definitively he thinks Phelps has no possibility of defeating a shark:
