Orlando to Host 2018 Pro Bowl, Was Host to Exhibition Last Season

The NFL announced Wednesday that Orlando, Florida, will play horde to a Pro Bowl for a second uninterrupted year in 2018.

According to an NFL press release, a diversion is slated to take place January 28, 2018, during 3 p.m. ET during Camping World Stadium.

NFL Senior Vice President of Events Peter O’Reilly discussed a logic behind a preference to lapse to Orlando: “The Pro Bowl is not usually a time to watch NFL greats contest live, though it is also a singular event to enthuse girl and a subsequent era of stars. We viewed extensive feedback from players, coaches, and fans about Orlando’s initial Pro Bowl, and we are vehement to build on that unrestrained with a weeklong festival that celebrates a whole football community.”

In further to a Pro Bowl, Orlando will horde a Pro Bowl Skills Showdown, that debuted to certain feedback final year.

The AFC vs. NFC format is also behind for a Pro Bowl after it returned final year in preference of a “unconferenced” draft.

The Pro Bowl has been criticized in new years due to a viewed miss of competitiveness, though final year’s diversion was a tighten battle, with a AFC prevalent 20-13.

Every Pro Bowl from 1980 by 2009 was hold in Honolulu, though 2018 will symbol a third time in 4 years that it takes place elsewhere.
