Michael Phelps Doesn’t Rule Out Possible Swimming Comeback, Says ‘We’ll See’

United States swimmer Michael Phelps has not wholly ruled out a lapse to foe following his retirement after a 2016 Olympics.

During a media debate on Tuesday, Phelps discussed when he will know for certain about a probable comeback.
