Dodgers’ Matt Kemp: Making clever bid for starting left margin job

Kemp continued his prohibited start to open training, going 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Monday’s 8-1 win over a Indians.

Kemp is competing opposite a slew of younger, maladroit bats in a forms of Joc Pederson, Andrew Toles and Alex Verdugo for a Dodgers‘ starting left margin pursuit this spring. So far, a 33-year-old has led a container with a .313 (5-for-16) batting normal to go along with 3 homers and 6 RBI. There is still copiousness of time before a dirt settles, though Kemp has put himself in a clever position to win a profitable mark in this installed lineup, that would apparently safe a veteran’s anticipation value if he were to win a gig.
